James Burkhart

James Burkhart, PE, HFDP is a highly experienced professional in the engineering and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager Owner's Representative at Design Collaborative since July 2025, James previously held the position of Facilities Manager at Raytheon Technologies from June 2022 to July 2025. Before that, James worked at Design Collaborative as a Mechanical Engineer from February 2018 to June 2022 and contributed to Raytheon as a Senior Mechanical Engineer Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer from October 2007 to February 2018. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, graduating in 2008.
