Guillermo Conde graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dr. José Matías Delgado University in 2009 and later pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing Management at Universidad de León. Beginning with freelance photography and graphic design, they joined DesignCrowd in 2011 as a freelance designer, later becoming the first overseas Customer Support agent. Since then, they have risen to the position of Head of Customer Support, leading a team of over 30 in Manila while focusing on optimizing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Guillermo also holds the role of Director Creativo at MEMOCO CREATIVE STUDIO.
