Design Concepts is focused on small contractors and DIY-ers. Sure you can get a bid or permit on napkin drawings, but..... how professional is that? Let me transform your ideas to print, then it will move into reality.

“Design Concepts” was started to focus on small contractors and DIY-ers for their drafting needs

Early in my career, I realized the need for an affordable drafting service, that can benefit you on a job by job need. Budgets are tight, overhead is under scrutiny, most cannot afford to hold the payroll for a draftsman.

I can work directly with contractors, property owners, and homeowners.

All projects are priced on a job by job basis, because every case is unique.

My goal isn't to razzle and dazzle....... No thrills, no frills....... The essential drawings you need, with an affordable cost to save your budget.
