I work as a design and systems strategist, collaborating with organizations to bring clarity to complex situations and support thoughtful decision-making.

My background spans architectural practice, corporate real estate delivery, and design education—experiences that taught me how organizations function under real constraints, competing priorities, and pressure to act. Over time, I’ve learned that the most meaningful progress often comes not from moving faster, but from slowing down long enough to see what’s really happening.

I’m most useful at moments of transition, growth, or uncertainty—when teams are navigating change, balancing multiple perspectives, or trying to align values with action. My role is to help people see situations clearly, agree on what matters, and move forward with intention.

Curious by nature. Creative by design.
