At DDM, our name reflects the core principles that have driven our success for the last two decades. We focus on action, and our track record speaks for itself—having developed the Oceânico Group while delivering over 2,500 homes, along with multiple leisure and golf facilities.

Today, we continue to build on this legacy with our projects—Reserva da Luz and Nova Terraces. Each word in DDM represents a critical stage of our process, ensuring that every project we undertake is well-conceived, expertly executed, and strategically managed.

Develop – Every great project begins with a vision—but success lies in turning that vision into a solid, actionable plan. We specialise in identifying high-potential locations, structuring robust financial models, and crafting innovative development strategies. From land acquisition and master planning to architectural design and regulatory approvals, we create forward-thinking, sustainable developments that maximise value and stand the test of time.

Deliver – Bringing projects to life, we oversee the entire development process—from securing permits and coordinating construction to ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Our expertise guarantees efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellence at every stage.

Manage – Beyond completion, we focus on optimising asset value through strategic marketing, sales, and operational oversight. Our approach ensures long-term profitability, sustainability, and continued success for investors and stakeholders.

DDM - Develop, Deliver, Manage is more than just a name—it is a commitment to executing exceptional projects that are financially and environmentally sustainable, championing investments that are both holistic and purpose-driven.
