DEP’s personnel are actually distributed among their main offices in Lebanon and the satellite offices.

In addition to feasibility studies, building design studies and site supervision, the firm has specialized in providing structural and electro-mechanical engineering services for communities, industries and airports, as well as life safety studies, design of intelligent systems and integration of information systems.

DEP is a member of the Lebanon Green Building Council (LGBC) and has an active member in the council. It has been involved in a number of LEED projects, and is promoting Green Designs practices in both passive and architectural aspects, active energy efficient and heat recovery MEP systems.
