Sharon Thompson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in international marketing and brand management. Currently serving as the International Marketing Manager for EMEA at McBride Research Labs since March 2012, Sharon has also co-owned and directed Splinters Academy Ltd, an international hairdressing training academy and salon, from January 2000 to January 2013. Prior roles include Professional Brand Manager at Namaste Laboratories, LLC, and International Sales & Marketing Manager at Luster Products Inc. Sharon began a career in advertising with positions at THE GLEANER COMPANY (U.K.) LIMITED and The Gleaner Company (Media) Limited, after owning and designing for Sharon Monique Swimwear & Leisurewear. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Miami Dade College, an Associate of Science in Business Administration from City of Westminster College in London, and a Diploma in Social Media Marketing from Shaw Academy.
