Stephanie Normand

Stephanie Normand, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, management, and operations. As President of the Board for GNB1 Advocacy Group, Inc. since April 2023, Stephanie focuses on raising awareness and supporting families affected by a rare genetic disorder. In her role as Contracts Manager at Design Interactive, Inc. since April 2022, Stephanie oversees contract administration and operational efficiency, building on previous experience as Operations Officer and Contracts Administrator at Federal Contracts Corp. Since beginning a career at Sterling Jewelers, Stephanie has developed strong management and customer service skills, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University.
