Tim Hill

Tim Hill currently serves as President of Design Interactive, Inc., leading the company's operations with a focus on business development and growth since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held significant positions within the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, including Commanding Officer and Executive Officer, where oversight of multi-billion dollar budgets and acquisition programs was paramount. Tim's experience also encompasses directing operations at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation and leading the Long Range Anti-Surface Missile Deployment Office within the Navy Strike Weapons Program. Throughout a distinguished career in the US Navy, Tim managed complex mission systems development for the F-35, commanded a Strike Fighter squadron, and directed special programs at the US Special Operations Command. Tim holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and two MS degrees—one in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and another in International Relations from Troy University.
