Tim Sharp

Tim Sharp is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at KZF Design, where they have been instrumental in shaping organizational strategy. They previously served as Vice President at both KZF Design and Megen Construction Company, contributing to significant growth in both firms. Tim has also held positions such as President of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and Attorney at Thompson Hine LLP. In addition to their professional leadership roles, Tim has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati since 2014, and they actively serve on the boards of Great Oaks and Design LAB: Learn + Build. Tim earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing a Doctor of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
