Design Nurture is butique agency specialized in Service Design and Customer Experience, created by Magda Kochanowska, that works with a group of excellent designers, and deliver projects that bridge two worlds: practice and education.

Our activities include:

Strategizing and implementing design workflows to develop products and services that address user needs while achieving organizational objectives.
Designing and delivering training and educational programs to empower companies and organizations with effective design methodologies.
Developing the Design Mindset Detector™, a psychometric instrument that identifies an individual's or team's initial stance and facilitates the cultivation of a design-oriented mindset.

The term "design nurture" means nurturing, cultivating the design process, as well as caring, encouraging and supporting development in the context of design.
