Design On Tap | Strategic Graphic Design for Complex Communication

Design On Tap helps organizations communicate complex information clearly and confidently.

When proposals feel overwhelming, reports go unread, or public-facing documents lack structure, the issue is rarely the content. It is how that content is organized, prioritized, and presented.

I partner with nonprofits, civic organizations, research teams, and mission-driven institutions to transform dense material into clear, persuasive visual systems. From funding proposals and annual reports to policy documents and editorial frameworks, I focus on making important information easier to understand and easier to trust.

My process is strategic first. We clarify the message, define what matters most, and build a structure that guides the reader with intention. Then design supports that structure through hierarchy, consistency, and thoughtful layout.

Services include:
• Proposal and grant design
• Annual and impact reports
• Civic and public-facing communication
• Editorial and multi-page layout systems
• Information hierarchy and document audits

The goal is not decoration. It is clarity.

When information is structured well, organizations communicate with greater authority, credibility, and impact.

If you are preparing a major proposal, publishing a report, or struggling to present complex material clearly, I would love to connect.
