Louis Young has a diverse work experience. Louis started in 2007 as the Vice President of Development at Process Retail Group, where they oversaw various aspects of front-end business in the retail fixture development field. In 2011, they joined Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales, specializing in retail design and in-store merchandising. In 2017, they joined Design Phase Inc. first as a National Account Manager, representing a talented team and contributing to brand-building projects. Later, they became the Vice President of Business Development. Louis also has a longstanding role as a real estate investor and mentor, owning and managing rental properties with their wife for over 25 years.

Louis Young attended Ottawa University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
