Robert Morris

Robert Morris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert is currently serving as the VP of Creative Operations at Design Pickle since June 2022. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Senior Director, Creative Operations and Project Management at Crate and Barrel from November 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they oversaw project management processes, resource optimization, and digital asset management strategy, managing a $40M P&L and a 120+ person organization.

Before joining Crate and Barrel, Robert worked at Sears Holdings Corporation. Robert served as the Senior Director of Production and Business Operations from April 2017 to November 2019, where they directed content and business operations for enterprise marketing. Additionally, Robert held multiple roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Operations, Business Operations Manager, and Marketing Operations/Process Improvement Manager.

Prior to their corporate experience, Robert served in various roles in the US Army. Robert served as a Battalion Logistics Officer from February 2008 to June 2010, a Company Executive Officer from August 2006 to January 2008, and a Troop Fire Support Officer from August 2004 to August 2006.

Robert also had an internship at AAR Corp, where they gained experience in Government & Defense Services.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated leadership, financial planning skills, and the ability to optimize results and exceed objectives.

Robert Morris earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Leadership from the University of Notre Dame in 2010-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Hofstra University from 2000-2004. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in topics such as predictive analytics, Excel, financial modeling, SQL, and SharePoint. Robert also holds a Lean Six-Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Sears Holding Corp.
