Design Workshop
Alexandra Pollock is a Designer/Planner at Design Workshop, enhancing expertise in urban design and city planning since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant in City Design at the University of Illinois Chicago and as a Development Intern at The Michaels Development Company. Pollock contributed to urban design practices as an Urban Design Consultant for Avi Friedman Consultants, co-authoring the publication "Fundamentals of Urban Design for Public Health." Additional professional experiences include leadership roles in hospitality and fundraising positions, highlighting strong communication and organizational skills. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in City Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Urban Development from McGill University, complemented by a semester abroad in Urban Studies at Leiden University.
