Chris Baker

Chris Baker has a diverse work experience in business development, real estate, program management consulting, and project management. Chris is currently working as a Business Development Manager at DESIGNA. Prior to that, they were a RE Agent at J Barrett & Company from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, Chris worked as a Program Management Consultant, where they specialized in SaaS development program management and curated business program plans. Chris also presented data to the Executive Leadership Team regarding project financial feasibility. Chris spent a significant part of their career at IBM, where they held various roles such as Senior Program Manager, Senior Offerings Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In these positions, they managed cloud projects, oversaw project managers across diverse teams, worked with customers to translate requests into functional requirements, and led risk management processes. Chris earned certifications as a Senior Project Manager from IBM and PMI PMP.

Chris Baker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile in January 2019.
