Florian Leiber

Florian Leiber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Florian is currently the Managing Director (CTO) at DESIGNA, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Florian worked at Rheinmetall Defence, where they started as a Development Engineer in October 2014 and eventually took on the roles of Team Leader in the R&D Department from October 2018 to May 2021, and Deputy Chief Engineer from June 2021 to March 2023. Before Rheinmetall Defence, Florian worked as a Technical Product Surveillance at REpower Systems SE from July 2012 to September 2014. Florian also gained experience as a Project Engineer at both Brunel from July 2011 to June 2012 and Thate - Gedrückte Präzision GmbH from October 2010 to June 2011.

Florian Leiber completed their education in a chronological order. Florian began their academic journey in 2004 at Fachhochschule Kiel, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Maschinenbau in 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Engineering degree in Maschinenbau from 2008 to 2010. Later on, in 2017, Florian Leiber enrolled at Cranfield University, where they successfully completed their Master of Science degree in Military Vehicle Technology in 2020.
