Melanie Letsch

Melanie Letsch's work experience includes a recent position as the Head of Human Resources at DESIGNA, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at DESIGNA from February 2021 to April 2021. Before joining DESIGNA, Melanie served as an HR Business Partner at German Naval Yards Kiel GmbH from January 2020 to January 2021. Additionally, they have experience at DESIGNA as a Personalreferentin & Ausbildungsleitung from March 2017 to December 2019, and as a Mitarbeiterin Controlling & Personal from January 2015 to February 2017.

Melanie Letsch began their education journey in 2012 at RBZ Wirtschaft . Kiel, where they pursued a degree in Industriekauffrau and completed their training in 2015. Following this, they enrolled at Fachhochschule Kiel from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in BWL. In 2022, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, participating in the Executive Leadership Programme. Lastly, in 2023, Melanie Letsch briefly studied Human Resource Management at the University of Cape Town.
