ASH Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as an intern at Different Perspective Advertising Agency in 2010, where they gained experience in logo and print advertisement design. They then interned at Digital Kitchen, working on projects for clients such as HBO and gaining skills in graphics production and copywriting. In 2011, ASH became a Motion & Graphic Designer at ROI Ventures, focusing on motion and graphic design. They also worked as a Field Event Brand Ambassador for Clif Bar & Company during this time. ASH joined Frequency540 as a Motion & Graphic Designer in 2012, where they completed motion pieces for client deliverables and contributed to securing new contracts. They worked as a Freelance Motion Designer and Digital Creative from 2013 to 2016, taking on various freelance projects. ASH also worked as a Freelance Motion Designer at ZERO vfx in 2015. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Moderator at IGBoston. In 2016, ASH joined Acquia as a Senior Multimedia Designer and later took on the role of Senior Creative Strategist in the Office of the CTO before becoming the Head of Creative Strategy in 2020. In addition to their professional roles, ASH has been active as a Freelance Photographer since 2009, working with various clients including Nordstrom and Mazda.

ASH Sullivan attended Full Sail University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Art & Design and an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design. In 2011, ASH also obtained a certification in Advanced After Effects from Ascend Training & Consulting's Ascend Digital Bootcamp.
