Benjamin Dotte

Benjamin Dotte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Business Analyst at Mattel, where they supported the Oracle Financials suite and provided help desk support. In 2005, they joined Widen, An Acquia Company, initially as a Software Developer and later as a Lead Software Developer, Software Development Manager, and finally as the Senior Director of Engineering. During their time at Widen, they played a key role in developing and managing their flagship Digital Asset Management product. In 2010, they co-founded a startup called RecurTrack, an online budgeting service. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Software Development Contractor at SGI and as a Software Developer at Demerath Tax & Consulting Inc. Currently, Benjamin is the VP of Engineering - Content Cloud at Acquia since 2022.

Benjamin Dotte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the years 2000 to 2004. Benjamin later pursued a Master of Engineering Management degree in Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a certification in PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in 2018.
