In 2002-2004, Garry obtained a Master in European Affairs (Distinction, Executive mode) from IEBA. Garry had previously earned a Master's degree (Distinction) from Erasmushogeschool Brussel in 1997-2001. Additionally, Garry participated in the Erasmus program at Università Roma Tre in 1999-2000.
