Tara Keast

Tara Keast is the Head of People & Culture at DesignInc Sydney, bringing over 13 years of HR experience to the role. In their current position, they lead strategic and operational HR functions, focusing on employee engagement, development, and diversity. Previously, Tara worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at AECOM, where they supported various business lines and drove HR practices to enhance employee engagement. They began their HR career as a Human Resource Coordinator at Payless Shoes Australia. Tara earned a degree from the University of Technology Sydney from 2004 to 2007.
