Chad Hadley is currently involved in design and estimating at DESIGN+BUILD, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Chad worked as a design assistant at The IDEAL Group from 2019 to 2022 and served as a research and development specialist at Fasteners Direct from 2016 to 2019. Chad is also pursuing a degree in marketing at UC Berkeley Extension.
