DESIGNTEC is a team of senior FEA engineers and software developers based in Brno, Czech Republic. Since 2009, we've completed 200+ projects — 80% of them for clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We communicate fluently in German, English, and Czech.

Both co-founders are hands-on engineers who work directly on projects. We're not a management layer that delegates — we're the people running the simulations and writing the code.

What sets us apart: we combine FEA consulting with custom software development. We don't just calculate — we build tools that make calculations faster, more reliable, and repeatable.

FEA Consulting Structural analysis, fatigue life assessment, dynamics, contact problems, large deformations. From linear statics to complex nonlinear analyses — across automotive, energy, civil engineering, machinery, rail, and defense.

ANSYS Customization & Automation This is our core strength. ACT extensions, APDL scripts and macros, UPFs (custom material models in Fortran/C++). We tailor ANSYS to fit your workflow — not the other way around.

Our Products → A-BOLT: Bolted joint assessment inside ANSYS (VDI 2230, FKM Richtlinie) — a-bolt.com → FEMFAT: Official distribution partner for CZ/SK. Training, implementation, support. → Figures Manager: Free ANSYS ACT extension for automated image export — used by hundreds of engineers worldwide.

We assess constructions in accordance with DIN EN, VDI 2230, FKM Richtlinie, Eurocode, and AD 2000.

We are an official partner of Magna Powertrain Engineering Center Steyr.
