Angels Bugatell

Angels Bugatell has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as HR Admin, Payroll, Legal and Compensation, Organization Manager Global at DESIGUAL since October 2020. In this role, Angels defines and implements global compensation policies and ensures compliance with HR-related legal frameworks, while enhancing HR processes. Prior to this position, Angels held various managerial roles at Ricoh España SLU, including Manager of People Services and Labour Relations and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Additionally, Angels served as Director of HR at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and held the Director of Legal Affairs, HR, and Labour Relations position at the Centre d'Alt Rendiment de Sant Cugat. Angels began a legal career as an Advocate at Secretaria General de l'Esport. Angels holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad de Barcelona and has furthered expertise in strategic negotiation through training at Scotwork and Esade.
