Joyce Alvarez, known as BJoyce, is an accomplished District & General Manager at Desigual since October 2016, overseeing sales performance and profitability through strategic planning and analysis. As the Principal CEO and Founder of Kilombo Records, BJoyce has established an independent label focused on blending Cuban music with electronic sounds.
