Eunmo Yang

Eunmo Yang has worked as a software engineer at Desilo Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Samsung Electronics from 2021, where they worked on a CNN-based indoor positioning system that fused several signals. Eunmo also developed the entire product chain, including a mobile app, backend server, pytorch training framework, and an on-device CNN trainer. From 2019 to 2021, Eunmo worked as an Engineer at Preferred Networks, Inc., where they worked on a cloud-based robot fleet control system for construction sites and an event handler for the robot application logic. Eunmo also productized a vision-based object recognition model for piece-picking tasks, creating a gRPC based C library and a web-based management console. From 2012 to 2019, Eunmo worked as a Senior Researcher, Junior Researcher, and Associate Researcher at Tmaxdata, where they led projects that need coordination across multiple layers. Eunmo also worked on the Query Optimizer Layer and the Data Layer. In 2011, Eunmo worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft, where they worked in the Applied Speech Technology team and built large-scale language models by merging smaller models.

Eunmo Yang attended Stanford University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science, followed by a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science.
