Minjoo Cho has worked in the HR and marketing fields since 2020. In 2021, they began working as an HR Manager (Recruiter) for Desilo Inc. Prior to this, they were a D2SF Marketing and Research intern for NAVER Corp in 2020, and a Marketing Promotion Team Freelancer for tvn-asia.com also in 2020.

Minjoo Cho attended Hanyang University from 2017 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business.
