Desiterra 5* Resort is a luxury eco-conscious resort, ideally located in the peaceful area of Exo Gialos, just 2.3 km from Santorini’s capital, Fira, and only 100 meters from the sea. Designed to offer experience beyond typical accommodation, Desiterra invites guests into a refined world where modern comfort meets the island’s raw natural beauty.
The resort’s architecture is inspired by minimal Cycladic design, using natural materials like volcanic stone, wood, glass, and iron to create a serene and visually striking environment. It features 27 private villas across six categories, each offering a private pool, spacious terrace, and lush garden with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands.
Gastronomy at Desiterra is a highlight, with Orano Restaurant showcasing the flavors of Santorini and Greece, thoughtfully paired with exceptional local wines and for guests seeking deep relaxation, our wellness center offers a tranquil retreat, with professional therapists from Southeast Asia delivering a range of rejuvenating treatments.
As a CO₂-zero resort, Desiterra produces more green energy than it consumes annually and is the first on the island to offer electric vehicle charging stations. Its photovoltaic systems operate year-round, taking advantage of Santorini’s 300+ days of sunshine.
Desiterra combines elegance, sustainability, and authenticity—offering a holistic and unforgettable hospitality experience on one of the world’s most iconic islands.
