Omer Gold

Omer Gold's work experience includes founding and acting as the CEO of Deskfirst since March 2021. They have also worked as a mentor at Fusion since May 2022. Omer has a teaching background, having served as a Teaching Fellow at Tel Aviv University from March 2020 to October 2020 and as a Teaching Assistant from October 2015 to February 2020. They were also a PhD student in Computer Science at Tel Aviv University from an unspecified start date to 2019. Omer has also given talks at academic conferences and seminars between January 2014 and February 2020. They have worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bar-Ilan University from March 2012 to October 2013. Additionally, Omer had academic visits to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Laboratory of Information and Decision Systems in February 2013.

Omer Gold completed their education in a progressive manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Omer then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Omer's educational journey culminated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science, which they earned from Tel Aviv University between 2014 and 2019.
