Daniel Morris

Senior Technical Support Engineer at DeSL

Daniel Morris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Daniel began their career at Crimson Consultants Ltd in 2011, where they worked as a Trainee CRM/Software Developer. During this time, they gained experience in customizing entities and attributes, as well as JavaScript coding.

In 2012, Daniel joined Roompaddy.com as a Junior PHP Web Developer. Here, they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading the company's website, using PHP coding, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop for graphic creation.

From 2013 onwards, Daniel has been working at DeSL as a Technical Support Analyst and later as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Daniel provides technical support to clients and assists with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Daniel Morris completed their education from Olchfa Comprehensive, where they obtained A Levels, AS Levels, and GCSEs in various subjects including Computing, Geography, English, Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, French, and ICT from 2000 to 2007. Daniel then attended Swansea Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Computer Information Systems Higher National Diploma (HND) degree. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Daniel pursued a BSc Hons degree in Web Development from the same university.
