Gerald Salzman

Gerald Salzman is the Associate Vice President at DESMAN - Parking Specialists, where they have worked since 2003. They specialize in urban planning, design, and engineering for public infrastructure projects throughout New York City and beyond, overseeing complex urban infrastructure initiatives in the United States, Canada, and internationally. With over 40 public sector and private consulting engagements, Gerald has also served as an independent expert witness in federal court proceedings and as an advisor to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Gerald holds a Master of Urban Planning from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
