Martina Švecová is a seasoned Human Resources Partner with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee development, and HR strategy implementation. They served as an HR Generalist and HR Manager at DESO development, overseeing the HR agenda, payroll preparation, and support for managers and employees. With previous roles as a Business Solution Analyst in HR at KBC Shared Service Center and as a People Experience Partner, Martina has demonstrated a strong ability to integrate HR systems and provide guidance on employment law matters.
