John Carr

John Carr is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in managing and shaping organizations across various industries. As Managing Partner at DeSpir Logistics, LLC since 2014, John has overseen a networked 3PL transportation services provider, ensuring compliance with proprietary quality management systems. Additionally, John has been a Managing Partner at Nosano LLC since 2010, where strategic planning sessions were facilitated using Blue Ocean Strategy © methodology, and new strategies were implemented for executive teams. As CEO and Co-Founder of Yoshi-Carr Entertainment, LTD., John focuses on developing both dramatic and reality entertainment properties. Previous roles include CEO at Metaphor Software, where John drove growth through acquisitions and product development, and Vice President at Tectura Corporation, where John's leadership turned around a struggling business unit. John founded Software Essentials, Inc. as CEO, establishing a successful software reseller and development company. Educationally, John holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Producing from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dominican University.
