Laura Giles

Laura Giles is the Head of Learning at Desq, where they are responsible for shaping the company's learning design philosophy and leading a team of Learning Designers. Prior to this role, they served as a Learning Designer at Coventry University and worked in various instructional design positions, including as a Lead Instructional Designer at BYG Systems. Laura began their career as a Learning Volunteer with the National Trust and has built extensive experience in the field of education and eLearning. They hold a BA (Hons) in English and History from the University of Leeds and a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Sheffield.
