Chandler Dev has extensive experience in IT consulting and leadership roles. Chandler served as the CIO of DESSS, Inc. from 2002 to the present, where they successfully guided the company's growth and developed strong client relationships. Prior to that, they worked as the Information Technology Supervisor at MRF from 1990 to 1996, managing a team and implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning System. Chandler is skilled in strategic planning, business development, and delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Chandler Dev pursued their education in a systematic and specialized manner. Chandler began their higher education studies at the Bureau Of Data Processing System from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Computer Programming and System Analysis degree, focusing on computer programming. Following this, they furthered their education at the University of Madras from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Business/Commerce, General and earning a Master's degree in the field.
