Mati Lazcano

Mati Lazcano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position as the Chief Operating Officer at Destacame since January 2023, they oversee the company's operations. Prior to that, they served as the Country Manager at Destacame from December 2019 to December 2022, where they were responsible for leading the Chilean market team and managing key metrics. They also held the role of Product Manager - Insurances at Destacame from May 2019 to February 2020, where they developed insurance products to support financial stability for users.

Before joining Destacame, Lazcano worked as an Investment Analyst at Portola Growth Partners from May 2019 to November 2019. They also had a role as Planning and Management Control at SKAVA Consulting from October 2018 to May 2019.

Lazcano has experience working independently, as they provided management advisory services for the National Strategic Program for Creative Economies (Chilecreativo) from June 2017 to April 2019. They also worked as an Administration Manager at SAM Joint Venture, overseeing finances and administration from July 2017 to September 2018.

Prior to that, Lazcano held various roles at SKAVA Consulting, including R&D Manager from September 2016 to June 2017, R&D Project Manager from October 2015 to August 2016, R&D Leader from June 2014 to December 2014, Head of Studies and Proposals from October 2013 to June 2014, Project Manager from February 2013 to October 2013, and Project Engineer from August 2010 to January 2012.

Lazcano also worked at R&Q as a Thesist from October 2009 to May 2010 and had a professional internship at Oficina Técnica Túnel Desvío Río Blanco in July 2009.

Mati Lazcano completed Coaching Fundamentals at the Co-Active Training Institute Latam in 2020. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2010, Mati Lazcano pursued an Ingeniero Civil de Industrias degree in Mining at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
