Jarrett Bachman

Jarrett Bachman, Ph.D., has a diverse background in academia and research related to hospitality and tourism management. Starting as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Georgia from 2007 to 2010, Jarrett managed a class checking program for student-athletes. Jarrett then progressed to Clemson University as a Graduate Teaching & Research Assistant from 2011 to 2014, where duties included course instruction and research project oversight. Jarrett served as an Assistant Professor and Faculty Lead in Hospitality Management at California State University, Monterey Bay from 2014 to 2016, and held multiple positions at Fairleigh Dickinson University, including Program Coordinator and Professor of Hospitality & Tourism Management. In addition, Jarrett completed a 15-month sabbatical as a Visiting Scholar with Destination British Columbia, contributing to various tourism industry projects. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Tourism Management from Clemson University and two Master's degrees from the University of Georgia.
