Mike Riediger is an Executive Director and Founder of Waypoint Strategies, where they provide expert guidance in tourism, governance, and outdoor recreation. With over 20 years of experience in tourism marketing and brand management, Mike has innovated pathways for inclusion in outdoor recreation, leading their organization to world-first accomplishments. They served as Executive Director of Kootenay Adaptive Sport Association and have held consulting roles for small businesses and non-profits. Currently, Mike is a Board Member and Chair of the Governance Committee for Destination British Columbia, promoting the province as a premier tourism destination. Mike's educational journey continues at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
