Ryan Bailey

Ryan Bailey is a seasoned sales consultant with extensive experience in the home building and real estate sales industry. Currently employed at Destination Homes since July 2025, Ryan previously served as a sales specialist at Century Communities, Inc. from September 2018 to July 2025, and as a new home sales consultant at Richmond American Homes from July 2004 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing multiple communities, overseeing the building process, assisting with financing, and training top-producing agents. Prior experience also includes roles as a construction manager at Lee Allen Homes and Sandy Real Estate Investments, where Ryan managed residential investments and high-end homes, respectively. A strong background in sales and construction management is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University.
