We help university study abroad offices and faculty leaders deliver seamless, safe, and academically meaningful faculty-led programs around the world. With more than 40 years of experience in academic travel management, Destination Partners handles the complexity of global logistics so educators can focus on learning outcomes and student engagement.

Planning short-term, faculty-led travel involves tight timelines, budget considerations, duty-of-care responsibilities, and on-the-ground coordination in unfamiliar destinations. These demands can quickly strain internal teams and divert attention from academic priorities.

Destination Partners acts as an extension of your institution. We work closely with faculty and administrators to understand course objectives and institutional requirements, then custom-design programs supported by our trusted network of in-country partners across six continents. Our high-touch approach ensures reliable logistics, real-time support, and programs aligned with academic goals.

We have supported dozens of U.S. colleges and universities, delivering programs that include cultural immersion, service learning, technical and professional visits, sustainability initiatives, and the arts. Clients value our responsiveness, transparency, and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

What sets Destination Partners apart is our depth of experience, personalized program design, and strong focus on safety and risk management—all while keeping programs accessible and well-managed.

If you are planning or reassessing faculty-led programs and are seeking a trusted, experienced partner, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
