Daniel de Byl

Daniel de Byl has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Web site Programmer - Casual at the University of New England (AU). Daniel then moved to Downs Micro Systems, where they were a Help Desk Technician until 2000. From 2001 to 2009, they were employed at NextEd Pty. Ltd., where they held various roles such as Junior Programmer, Web-site Engineer, and Courseware Developer. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an eTechnologist & Developer at Aardbei Studios Pty. Ltd. During this time, they designed and developed mobile games using Unity and published iOS games to the App Store. From 2010 to 2015, they were employed at Bond University as an Educational Technology Developer. During this time, they were also self-employed as an eTechnologist, Publisher, and Web Developer. From 2017 to 2019, they were Co-Founder, Publisher & Web Developer at Holistic3d, where they were responsible for website design, development, and maintenance. Since 2019, they have been a QA & Automation Developer at Desygner.

Daniel de Byl completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland in 2000. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New England (AU) in 1999.
