Gripson Martes

Gripson Martes has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gripson started their career as a Human Resources Executive at New Connaught Rooms in 2006. Gripson then worked as a Consultant and Recruiter at Kelly Services from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant Manager at C-EDGE Technologies Ltd. During this time, they redesigned the appraisal system and conducted training for users. In 2013, they became the General Manager of Human Resources at Electronic Payment and Services (P) Ltd. where they managed payroll, HR compliance, and performance appraisals. In 2017, they joined Leading Travel Hospitality in India as an HR Manager where they led the HR department for Mumbai Airport Terminal 1 and supported Terminal 2. Most recently, they became the Head of Human Resources at Detect Technologies in 2019.

Gripson Martes obtained an MBA in Human Resources from the University of London from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Strategies for Organization's Growth from IIT Bombay in January 2015.
