William Hansen

William Hansen has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. William began their career as a Math/Science Tutor at The Tutoring Club in 2013. In 2015, they became a Graduate Student Researcher at the Institute of quantitative biomedicine at Rutgers. In 2020, they joined Detect as a Staff Scientist, was promoted to Senior Scientist, and then to Head of Chemistry and Molecular Innovation. In 2021, they began working as a Consultant at Protein Evolution Inc.

William Hansen attended Brookdale Community College from 2008 to 2013 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Chemistry. William then attended Rutgers University from 2013 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology. Finally, they attended Rutgers University again from 2015 to 2020 and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biophysics.
