Rita Mistry McIpd

Rita Mistry MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Detector Testers since September 2017, Rita has previously held the role of HR Manager at Stevensons and was the HR Team Leader/Senior HR Advisor at the NPA - National Pharmacy Association. Additional experience includes positions as an HR Advisor at T-Mobile and Booker, as well as serving as an HR Advisor and race relations officer at HMP Rye Hill. Rita holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Demontfort University, completed in 2001, and attended Bilton High School from 1988 to 1992.
