Henry Olgers

Henry Olgers is a technical leader specializing in the deployment of advanced manufacturing systems with a strong record in building large project teams. They served as a Research Assistant at the University of Newcastle and later worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Holden, where they optimized business operations. Their experience includes significant roles at BHP and Sydney Water, where they drove process improvements resulting in substantial revenue increases. Currently, Henry is the Co-Founder and Head of Manufacturing at Deterrence, continuing to innovate in the field. They hold dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business from the University of Newcastle and the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
