The best ideas rarely come from following the expected path.

They come from curiosity over certainty. Creativity over convention. The willingness to challenge what's possible in pursuit of something better.

Born in Detroit, Detour is inspired by a city built on reinvention, resilience, and bold thinking. That spirit fuels everything we do.

Across our Labs, Sales and Field Marketing Teams, Creative Studio, Product Development, Retail Experience, and Brand teams, we bring together exceptional thinkers, makers, scientists, strategists, and storytellers with one shared mission: build brands people remember and experiences people want to share.

We believe the world's most influential consumer brands don't just sell products. They shape culture, create connections, and earn a place in people's lives.

We're not here to follow the category.

We're here to redefine what a modern consumer brand can become.

Take the Detour.
