Detox Nation is a root-cause health education company founded by Sinclair Kennally, educator, clinician, and leader in environmental and nervous-system-based healing.
After navigating her own complex chronic illness and being repeatedly told her labs were “normal,” Sinclair uncovered the deeper biological drivers behind her symptoms: mold toxicity, parasites, chemical load, bile and drainage dysfunction, mitochondrial exhaustion, and nervous system dysregulation. Her husband and co-founder, Michael Spandel, experienced a different set of symptoms with the same root causes. Together, they healed themselves using the frameworks they now teach through Detox Nation.

Today, Detox Nation helps people understand why they’re experiencing chronic fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, histamine reactions, sleep problems, sensitivity, and nervous system overwhelm, and how to restore health by addressing root causes in the correct order.
Rather than chasing symptoms, Detox Nation focuses on systems-based healing. Our work integrates bioregulatory medicine principles, environmental illness education, detoxification physiology, mitochondrial health, and nervous system regulation to help people rebuild capacity, resilience, and energy.

Core focus areas include:
• Root cause health education
