At the heart of our work is a simple belief: joy and belonging matter in childhood. The Goodfellows are committed to surrounding every child with love, care, and the reassurance that their community is here for them.

Inspired by our 100-plus-year mission, No Kiddie Without a Christmas, the Goodfellows help create holiday magic for children across the Detroit area each year. Annually, we distribute nearly 26,000 holiday gift packages filled with warm winter clothing, toys, books, games, dental kits, and essential winter gear. Each package is thoughtfully curated to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to every child.

Our support does not end with the holidays. Throughout the year, the Goodfellows continue to champion positive childhood experiences through camperships, our shoe program, scholarships, and access to free dental care, because every child deserves to feel supported all year long.
