Daniel Arndt has extensive work experience in various roles at deugro and deugro group. Daniel started at deugro in 2013 as an IT System Manager and later became the Corporate QHSES Manager. In 2016, they joined deugro group as the Head of Global Quality Assurance. Daniel has held positions such as Head of Global QHSES and Head of Global Shared Service Center / Quality / Communication & Marketing. Their work experience at these companies spans from 2013 to the present.

Daniel Arndt obtained a State Certified Business Economist degree in Logistics, Materials, Supply Chain Management, and Economics from DAV, Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including IRCA - EMS ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, IRCA - OHS ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, IRCA - QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, TapRoot Root Cause Investigation, Business Continuity Management, Energy Management Representative, Internal Auditor, and Quality Management Representative.
